Man Accused Of Rape Says Victim Only Cried Because ‘His Penis Is So Huge’

Daniel Green, 26, is accused of raping a young woman after a cocaine and alcohol-fueled office party after she had curled up under a desk to sleep.

He shocked a courtroom recently after telling them the reason that his alleged victim was crying was because of the size of his penis.

Green told jurors that he had met up with the woman, who cannot be identified, during after-work drinks, and that the party then moved to a stockbrokers’ office.

Green says that when he arrived, he drank while they all snorted a line of cocaine from a desk. The mood “soured” when he claims the alleged victim’s friend pretended that her stash of cocaine had been stolen.

Most of the people left, leaving him and two others, including the alleged victim, alone at the office.

Green says he went into a room to find a mobile phone charger where he got into a conversation with the alleged victim about her work.

He says that he and the woman kissed: “‘When you are talking to someone you notice glances, you have got eye contact. You don’t say anything. You might smile. I leaned in for a kiss and we had a snog.”

While still kissing, he stripped to just his socks and unclipped her bra with one hand while helping her out of her black leggings, he said.

Green claims that he tried to have sex with the woman in a “spooning” position, but it was “awkward” so they turned around to face each other.

Green then told the court he realized the woman was crying and told her “f*** you are crying”. To which she replied, “can you leave please, just go.”

When asked why he thought the woman was crying, Green told the court: “Maybe my penis was hurting her. I always have difficulty when it comes to having sex with girls. I find my penis is hard to penetrate females.”

He then went on to claim that his penis is 10 inches long and around four inches in girth, using his hand for scale.

The woman claims that Green raped her while she was sleeping under a desk. She presented evidence that she had tried to crawl away from him and he dragged her back and raped her under the desk.

She also claims that she repeatedly told Green “no,” a claim which he denies.

Green was arrested after the woman phoned a friend following the alleged attack. That friend immediately called the police. The trial continues.
